What is a Dry Hire?

A dry hire is where you provide the alcohol and mixers for your event.  We provide the bartender, cups, straws, napkins, garnishes, mobile bar and coolers.  You can pick add-ons for ice, mixers and more.  See our packages and add-ons below for pricing. We will help you create a shopping list for all your needs for alcohols and mixers to ensure you have enough for your event.

Any event booked/reserved in March will save $200 off your package

Standard Package - $1,000

Our basic package includes 1 certified bartender, bartending tools, cups, straws, napkins, garnishes, bar set up/tear down and coolers for up to 5 hours.  1 bartender is for events up to 100 guests.  Additional bartenders are required to add-on for events with more than 100 guests.  If your event space doesn't have a bar set up, we provide free of charge a high-top mobile bartending station.  

Mixer add on - $5/person

Mixer add-on includes the following. Coke, Diet Coke, Ginger Ale, Sprite, Tonic, Soda Water, Lime juice, Cranberry juice, Lemon juice, agave syrup, grenadine.  NOTE:  If you chose to provide your own mixers I can provide a list of your needs for the event for no charge.   

Bartender add-on - Prices Vary

One bartender is included in your standard package for events with up to 100 guests.  For larger events with more than 100 guests, see pricing/requirements below. Pricing is for up to 5 hours of service. 

Required Bartenders:

  • up to 100 guests - included in standard package
  • 101-200 guests - 1 additional bartender - $300
  • 201-400 guests - 2 additional bartenders - $600
  • 400+ guests - 3 additional bartenders - $900

*If you wish to have an additional bartender than what is required pricing is $300 per 1 additional certified bartender.

 

Barback add-on - $250

Barback will be required for events with 201+ guests or you can add to package if you want this service no matter the size of event.  Service is for up to 5 hours.

  • Optional barback for events up to 200 guests - $250
  • Required barback for events 201+ guests - $250

Barbacks assist with:

  • Stocking the bar
  • Keeping areas clean
  • Preparing garnishes
  • Organizing supplies
  • Supporting other bar staff

Ice Add-On - $2.00/person

A lot of venues have ice available for use.  Check with your venue to see if this is an option they offer.  If not, we can provide ice for your drinks, coolers and more. 

Self-service beverage drink station add-on - $2.00/person

This is an add-on for a self-service station for non-alcoholic beverages.  We provide a (3) 2-gallon glass containers with the following drinks.

  • Iced Tea
  • Lemon Infused Water
  • Lemonade

Table, Cups, straws, sugar, and sugar substitutes are provided as well.

Free Optional Add-Ons

We offer optional add-ons to your package for free. 

  • High Top Bar - If your venue doesn't have a space for your bartender, we can bring the bar to you!
  • Water Station - If you opt out of having the self-service station with ice, water, and lemonade, you can add the water only station at no cost.
  • Customize Bar Menu Signs - We can make and display customized bar menu signs to let guests know what is being served or what signature drinks are available. 

Payments and Deposits

Payments:  

Event is required to be paid in full 3 days prior to your event.  

Deposits:

50% non-refundable deposit is required to save the date.
